Introducing Lil Bonnie! Bonnie is a very petite 8 wks old, 1.8lb, lil ball of fiery fluff! She came into rescue weighing in at a whopping 12 oz. It was hard to determine her age cause she was so little. Her teeth and overall bodily control suggested she was older than the 3-4 wks sized kitten she was. Right away, the incredible spunk was there! This kitten is a force to be reckoned with. She is a scrapper and runs and plays all over the place. She is not a cuddle fan. Too much energy. If ya try to make her cuddle, she will wiggle and squall and maybe even try to nip a finger. She is just all about the play and adventures. She is not one bit afraid of dogs, will stand right up to them and tackle them. She pounces all her foster kitty friends even though she is half their size smaller. Don't even think you will be able to trim her nails or clean her face without a fight! But when the play has tired her out, she will come snuggle up along side you, or snuggle into her favorite kitty buddy. But don't disturb the beast! With a snort, she's up and gone again to pounce things that need to be pounced. She is litterbox trained and has had her first vaccine. She will have a spay appt scheduled. He is good with dogs, cats, and kids. Deano tested positive for tritrichomonas over 2 months ago which is a parasite that causes diarrhea. Bahadur is an 85 lb 2 year old male Husky cross. He is a sweet, loving boy who wants to be with his family. He is very friendly with everyone. He rarely barks but does whine often when he isn't part of the action. He is well potty trained and likes to go for walks. He also likes to run alongside the 4-wheeler. He is a true working dog and wants to expend energy. He will sleep in a crate but wants to be near people when he does. He seems to have separate anxiety so he would be do best in a family that isn't gone for 8-10 hours for work each day. We were told he will run if let loose, so a fenced yard or ability to train him to stay in a large rural yard would be best, unless you can take him outside leashed up all the time. He does fine on a leash. He loves to play and chew (which he also does when anxious if left alone too long) and loves to give kisses. He is a very affection, mild-mannered dog who would love a family to cuddle with and play with. He seems to get along well with other dogs, cats, and kids (although he is so playful not all animals match his level of playfulness). Bahadur needs a family who wants a dog as a close part of their family and who is home or has other pets for him to be with while they are away. This beautiful girl, just keeps getting looked over at our Adoption events! She is a 1 yr old, Calico, UTD on shots, spayed and litterbox trained. Gets along great with her foster cat friends and has kept her mothering instincts in spite of being spayed. Every kitten she meets, she immediately thinks they are her babies and begins mothering and playing with them. She is friendly and loves to be petted, but not a fan of being held. She spooks easy, probably due to some trauma before she came to rescue. She gets really scared when she gets into a new environment and wants to shy away and hide. So, her new family will need to be patient with her, while she gets used to her new family and surroundings. She has been with her foster family now for almost 4 mos, and is quite adapted there, so time will be needed to let her acclimate to a new home. What would be really special for Mama Cass, is if she could be adopted with a kitten to love. She truly is the greatest Mama cat to be so young. So much so, she can't contain herself when she meets new people, kids, or other dogs. She needs someone who can help her tame down that exuberance, with some gentle training. Gracie and Georgie are sister and brother who would love to be adopted together. Gracie gets stressed without her brother and Georgie takes ques from Gracie on who to trust. Georgie is a big cuddler and gives kisses and Gracie will roll over on her side to get belly rubs. Both love chin scratches and will keep you entertained as they roll around playing all day. Gracie had her tail amputated and her foot has healed. Both of these loves have been spayed and neutered and UTD on shots.
